Dr. Robert Ledgard, a plastic surgeon who creates artificial skin, he keeps a woman, Vera, imprisoned in his house. Through flashbacks, it is revealed that Vera was once Vicente, a man kidnapped by Robert and forcibly transformed as an act of revenge.
